I've never experienced this type of disconnect before in any type of company/organization. I wanted to see if I could book a badminton court for our group to play and I kept getting directed to a voicemail. I left two message on two separate days and no one called me back.
Looking on their website, we just decided to go during an open badminton time. After playing on a court for about 20-30 min. another group came in and told us they had booked the court and we needed to find a different court. I went to the admissions person and asked them how can we book a court and they instructed me to go to call the fitness centre to book a court.
A few days later I tried booking a court over the phone and the person I spoke to said I had to fill out an agreement form and was quite disconnected, like her attention was divided. She also said I had to book at least 7 days in advance for this. Quite confused I turned to the website again which really had no information. I called back to get more information and another person answered the phone and said they never do badminton court bookings and haven't done it in over 2 years. She kept talking and didn't let me get a word in until I asked her to stop talking. I explained to her that someone else had booked a court before and had kicked us off ours during an open public badminton event. She didn't have an answer.
I think the people that work there need to get their process straight (is there one?).
