  • Metroflex is the worst gym I've ever been to. Gym floor is dirty and has bugs crawling across it all the time. Bathrooms are the worst bathrooms I've ever walked into. Staff is very unprofessional and use the facility as their personal daycare and dog park. Members and staff bring their dogs into the gym, most the trainers that work there are either on their phones or stoned. Worst gym ever to workout at. Don't recommend it at all. You cant cancel your membership if you tried every way. They double and triple charge you almost every month and don't fix it. I had to cancel my debit card because they won't cancel my membership. People drop down to their underwear and pose in the middle of the gym floor when they have 2 rooms for that. They have a 2 yr old running around all day on the gym floor where weights and people workout at, like it's his playpen. They keep the backdoor dead bolted so you can't get out is there is an emergency. 50% of the equipment is broken and is "getting fixed" in a month. After being there for 9 months it's all still broken. Fire extinguishers are expired or empty. If I could give 0 stars I would
