  • Another home warranty referral...65 dollars to tell me my vent is plugged without even looking at it, then says I will get a call in 48 hours to schedule someone to come clean it...48 hours later no call so my wife calls... "sorry that's not covered and considered maintenance but we can do it for $105 sorry for the miscommunication"...you mean sorry for lying to my face. I knew I shouldn't trust a company that sends their workers out in their pov, no commercial vehicle. Stay away, lies and "miscommunication" is all you will get. I dunno why first American contracts these types of businesses, they can't be much cheaper than a reputable company. Calling first American to either drop them and go with someone else or have this issue addressed, all thanks to this ridiculous "business".
