  • I have had it with Cobblestone! This location was Happy Harry's for years and I never had a bad experience and my car was spotless when I left. The staff always greeted you but never tried to sell you stuff. Now that Cobblestone took over it has gone downhill fast. One of the attendants mentioned to me that they are never busy. Well, now I know why. They are always trying to sell crap to you that you don't need and won't take 'no' for an answer. Guess they are all on commission. The last time I had a woman who kept following me around because I had a cracked windshield, which was being replaced the next day. I find that my car is never as clean as it should be and they always forget the air freshener. I have a SUV and asked they to wipe all the dust off that collected inside the back hatch and they said it would be EXTRA. I also wanted the dirt inside the fuel door wiped out and again was told it is EXTRA! Geez, if I have to go home and re-wash my car, why go there in the first place! The inside of my windshield is NEVER clean enough -- as soon as I get out in the sun I can see streaks. This is not brain surgery -- it's washing a car!!! I will never go to Cobblestone again. GOOD BYE!
