Came here at the weekend with my 2 friends looking for my dress. I had an afternoon appointment and the store was packed the entire time. Most of the other stores that I visited only had 1 other appointment taking place at the same time and only allowed 2-3 people per appointment but they don't seem to have such policies here (I noticed two other brides who had about 6 people each with them). I was given some time to tag some dresses but it was hard to look through them since there were so many people milling about and lots of dresses were currently being tried on. When I was done, I waited a few minutes before going to try to find the girl who was helping me (she was just chatting at the counter). She wasn't very friendly and seemed quite disinterested during my entire appointment. I was led to a fitting room right at the front of the store. When I stepped out of it, I was facing the street - there was no privacy at all and considering I needed to be clipped into the dresses (the dressing room was tiny so there was no way we both could have fitted in there), it was actually quite embarrassing. All of the other stores I visited had their dressing rooms towards the back where you weren't in public view. At one stage, I was having trouble figuring out how to get a certain dress on and I called out from the dressing room that I wasn't able to figure it out but the girl didn't respond or come help me at all. I didn't like any of the dresses but that's just my personal taste and it is not the reason I am giving this store a bad review. It just wasn't a nice experience and when it comes to finding your wedding dress, I think that's an important part of it.
