if you've not been to the Cuyahoga County Fair, i wouldn't let it bother you. Can't say it was all that impressive.
how many people in fluorescent yellow shirts does i take to direct traffic to parking spots? there were like 9 people - one every 8 feet going down one lane. no wonder a large soda costs 5-6 bucks - gotta pay the way too large staff.
i guess this is normal of most county fairs, to be fair (pun unintentional). what i found most bothersome was the lack of variety in concession vendors. sure, there were about 10 corn dog vendors - and corn dogs are great but at the Geauga County Fair there were items like sloppy joes available. nothing like that to be seen here - corn dogs and Italian sausage everywhere though.
