  • Literally the worst complex to live in. Management is horrible and does nothing. Everyone down in the office just sit around be rude and act like you're a burden. I regret ever moving into this complex, and advise everyone else to stay away. They are constantly shutting off the water, and when we do have water it is NEVER hot. The refrigerator has broke down twice, and both time we lost all our food. They did nothing to reimburse use for it. The heater/cooler have NEVER worked. We sweat in the summer, and are constantly telling the office how horrible it is. Amy the manager ended up coming up to my apartment and telling me "sorry but that's the way it is." She is a sorry excuse for a manager and should be fired. I hate living here and CANNOT WAIT to leave. The ceiling had a horrible leak months ago, I was advised it would be fixed immediately. When it started leaking again maintenance literally brought me a disgusting bucket to place underneath it. To this day it still hasn't been fixed (shocker.) It makes me sick thinking that we are paying good money to live in this dump they call Mission Springs. As I type this review the water has been shut off for about 3 hours, with no explanation. The apartment is so hot and stuffy I'm about to leave I can't take it any more. Nothing like waking up in the morning excited to take a nice hot shower, and of course NO WATER. Literally happens constantly, oh and when it rains there is never hot water. Don't ask me how that is even possible, but at Mission Springs everything that can go wrong will go wrong, and it never gets fixed. Like ever. Still want to live here? Yeah I didn't think so. (They deserve 0 stars but unfortunately you have to leave at least one and that's way to many)
