  • Wasn't happy yesterday with my appointment being 2 hrs delayed but working with Todd made me feel better. He went to mgmt to try and get policies changed so it wouldn't happen again. He also has always been an honest and reliable advisor as far as what I need and what I can wait on. Thanks Todd, you've turned my bad experience around...i will be back.
