  • Bought a $1,400 wallet from this place. The wallets were dirty and dusty inside. I wanted a new wallet since the one I saw was filled with dust and the hardware was scuffed up. The associate was very helpful but when she asked the manager for help finding a new one for me he seemed to not give a damn. So she came back to me saying the piece is limited and it could take months to get a new piece in. That's not a good way to treat your customers especially when there are several LVs on the strip and I'm a local.
