  • BounceU was absolutely fantastic! I had my daughter's 5th birthday there and everything was so easy and fun. I chose to bring in decorations (which they set up while we played), but I had to make the goodie bags still. They let me use one of the open party rooms to do so, no problem. The receptionist, (I think her name was Brenda) let me lock up my purse in her office, and get into whenever I needed. Super awesome, right! Carlos and Bailey were great. They took so many great photos, played with the kids and were entertaining to watch during gifts. They really built a rapport with the kids and felt like they were part of our party family. Carlos even carried the gifts out to my car and loaded them in. Everything was superb. I honestly could not be happier. I've told everyone I know about this place, and words don't even express how wonderful our experience was. Thank you so much, BounceU!
