  • If I could give zero stars I would. No wonder they're going out of business with customer service like this. They're doing shady business trying to get paid on the side for delivery making you sign a contract sarong you received your furniture pre delivery, but at least the sales guy was pleasantly shady. (Though he did tell me "you're going to get me in trouble" uhm, no, you're going to get yourself in trouble. That's fraud, and potentially theft. ) His manager John, on the other hand, what a complete a-hole. Clearly zero customer service experience. I really cannot believe how incompetent and rude every single salesperson there was. I'm just baffled. If you want cheap crap and aren't worried about a warranty or honesty, then this is the place for you.
