I cannot believe the horrible time we have had getting our purchase delivered. After setting a time period for delivery and arranging to have someone there during the scheduled time, we got a call 4 hours earlier than that time saying that they would be there within a few minutes. No one could get there during the new time. They promised that we would get delivery during the prescheduled time. We called to confirm. No call, no show. Now 4 days later we are trying to get a new delivery date and no one seems to want to schedule it. They only charge $80 for delivery and the purchase with delivery was paid for the day we bought it. Wonder why Sears has such a hard time retaining customers.
