  • If I could give 0 stars I would! These people have no concern for others! I have never missed a payment and have been a good customer. I recently got sick and was in the hospital, I receive a text asking what time I will be making my payment tomorrow. I responded with telling them I was in the hospital in the ICU and these people respond with. "You don't have your visa"? I'm pretty sure when I was being take by ambulance with a 104 fever and almost dying I wasn't think "ohh wait let me grab my visa for maximum Title Loans"! This is by far the worst customer service and respect for human decency I have ever received and I will be paying off everything I owe in the next 2 weeks and I will NEVER use this company or send anybody I know to them again!
