  • Love this zoo. We have a membership and come often BUT I do find that often you find staff that are not equipped to deal with people and they are short and rude and not at all interested in making your experience pleasant. Today was Chey's day to be extremely rude. Look if you can't take money at an exhibit without being rude and bitchy then you SHOULD NOT be the person who greets people at the entrance. That woman OBVIOUlSLY needs to regroup!!
