rev:text	Tried to use their web site to design a few shirts that I needed done within a week for a party. Wasted hours trying to manage through the web site design studio bugs, hanging every time i tried to checkout or change product. Finally called them to place the order manually - i had done the design myself so they had it available. The day I was supposed to pick up the shirts, call them multiple times and it was obvious that they hadn't done anything with the order. I had to call multiple times because it seemed they didn't have a graphics designer to finish the order. Finally was told (this is just as they were closing for the day) that the design couldn't be done on the black shirts ordered. Which they should have known at the time the took my order and $. Asked for my $ to be returned and that's it, ended up without the shirts... trusted the company because they were local, but not again. Should've checked Yelp reviews before using them. While the person taking the orders was courteous and trying to help, it was obvious that this not a well organized/coordinated business. 1 star for offering me 25% on my next order... which btw, if i wanted to use it, I feel they won't have anything on record to that regards...
