  • Waiting in line at 8am to get my rental...these Ppl have two whole agentsl checking in customers on a MEMORIAL WEEKEND . Slow AF!!!! Never again. Been waiting in line for over 45 min So after an hour n a half, waiting in this line ( bcuz I need this car for my trip n I booked it online) online booking I gave my PHX resident address n my paperwork stated I have "unlimited miles". There was a third employee there walking around handing out maps to the out of towners who are also waiting in this God forsaken line. She would have been more useful if put behind a desk to ASSIST the line, but NO, she goes n sits on her Ass at a desk n just looks at us all waiting. EZ n Advantage do not like locals, the company treats local residents like shit due to the fact that locals are given limited mileage, must pay for full coverage insurance and tax and for extra mileage. There was also a few more fees he told me but by that time I had shut down listening to this bs!! I was told all this BS an hr n a half later, after waiting n even showing my booking paperwork. He said the policy " just changed"..when did it change?? As I was waiting in line, it changed??? Fk this company!! Wasted my time, my money on ubers to get there, n almost fucked up my trip. Enterprise all the way!!!!!! This is the first time I tried to go w a different rental car company, and the last time too! Should have known better as I saw other upset customers n other shitty reviews about them. Don't waste your time or money here, especially if ur from AZ!!!
