  • Shawn and Copperhead diesel were a god send for me. I had a mystery noise, I am from Northern Ca and was concerned about making the drive home so I called Copperhead and Shawn, who was completely swamped, still got my truck in. Come to find out the noise was it's own problem (and not detrimental for my drive) but my water pump was out (why are water pumps always out?!). Shawn gave me affordable options (as affordable as a damn diesel can be at least) and we found the best way to do the repair to make sure I made it home without going over kill. He could have over sold me, he could have tried to tell me I couldn't make it home without the whole project done (which of course I would have called BS on because I'm kinda snappy like that) and he could have also turned me away because his shop was so busy. Well no wonder the shop was busy because they are bad ass!
