  • I lived at Campus Property Management for 3 years. Only because I could not afford to leave the property. They are the absolute pits. Management is terrible. They also find ways to steal your deposit. I am a clean tenant of which they asked me if there was anyway they could retain me as a tenant but found a way to charge me 350.00 worth of damages. The people that live at the urbana property is terrible dirty, lazy management that has no professionalism what so ever. Unless you have no place to live please do not live here.
