I can't understand how other people could like this place. I ordered 1/2 of a slab of St. Louis ribs and a side of baked beans. The ribs were so smoky that they were bitter and extremely tough. The baked beans were mediocre at best. Ribs require patience to cook properly and smoke should be used as a seasoning like salt. Whomever prepared this food is quite heavy handed with the hickory. The girl at the counter was nice and very friendly so I gave them 2 stars instead of 1
