  • My wife and I could not be happier with Jin at Purple Elephant Cake, who created a fabulous two-tiered rainbow layer cake for our daughter's seventh birthday party last year. Working with her was a dream from the initial Internet order (to which she responded 30 minutes later--at 11PM), to collaborating with her as she clarified precise details of what we expected, to the delivery at our party exactly at the time agreed upon. Her customer service and her responsiveness were unmatched. This may seem like hyperbole, but the cake itself was a beautifully crafted work of art. The white fondant was fit for a princess, but we were not prepared to see how perfectly the six rainbow layers inside looked once our daughter made the first slices. It was simply delicious and we got many compliments about the cake for weeks after the event. My wife has stated that Purple Elephant Cake is our absolute top choice for future special event cakes, and I agree that it should be yours, too!
