I've been to rehab burger therapy several times and enjoyed it. I've even recommended people go there. It isn't the best burger in town but it's okay.
We had family plans to go last night and made a reservation a week in advance because there were going to be 8+ of us and I know how busy it would be on a Saturday.
When we arrived at the time of our reservation, we were told we hadn't made a reservation. When my mother persisted that we had made a reservation a week in advance she was yelled at the night manager and told that they only had one reservation that night and that it was filled.
... He was extremely aggressive, condescending and frankly ridiculously rude... he didn't even take the time to actually check the reservations...
... when he did, he discovered that we actually did have a reservation and came out trying to apologize for the wait... offering no explanation.
Turns out they had given our reservation out to another group and when he (night manager) found out about it, he yelled at the waitress who had made the mistake.
Listen, mistakes are made... that's easy to forgive.
... But there is NO excuse for the way we were treated and particularly the way my mother was treated my the manager.
They did hustle to accommodate us and gave us free appetizers as an apology for the wait... unfortunately the damage was done.
I'll now actively not recommend burger rehab therapy and certainly won't go back.
