  • sears automotive bethel park pa damaged my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $1700.00 damage ! someone tell me how to get resolution to my vehicle damage done by sears automotive in bethel park pa store # 6064. i put on 4 brand new tires and they scratched a perfect circle into all 4 of my wheels, causing $1700 worth of damage. i have tried to resolve this for 2 months. no one will help me! my case # is 4915626. i have gone to the store 3 times and they took pictures. i have opened a case and gotten the run around for almost 2 months as they told me they escalated my case to level iii to the regional manager but the regional manager has yet to respond! how can sears ignore this! the incompetence is obvious- its a perfect circle scratched into each of my wheels! this incompetent company needs to make this right!
