  • Oh my God. This was the biggest nightmare of a company. You will have a better more confident move if you rent a U-Haul and pick up for day laborers at Home Depot. If you enjoy your furniture do not use this company. First they promised to pad the doorways and It was never done. They go through your drawers pull stuff out to lighten the load leave it on the floor and don't pack it up. And a wonderful wrecking furniture. I wish Yelp would allow me to post photos of how they wrecked my dining room table,my sofa and some other antiques that I own. They unplug televisions and leave the cords laying on the ground . They get to the location unload the truck put the stuff where they feel like it. When you tell them you didn't want an item at a certain location you wanted it somewhere else they get pissy and say they don't have time to move it around. And then they have the audacity to ask for $100 per person tip for a crappy job. I was charged $2,100 and I'm willing to bet that's how much damage was incurred. Watching these guys work is like watching 6 monkeys trying to have sex with a football. I wish you allowed the ability to post photos.
