Bought a Jeep on a Saturday. Before I drove it off the lot the sales manager(Frankie) stated that I would need to bring it back because the key didn't work properly in the ignition. This should have been the first red flag..with the parade soon to follow. Got it home found a chip in the windshield. Was reassured they would fix this as well. Drove it for a week and the brakes started to squeak. This is a 2015 with less than 6,000 miles. Plus it was supposedly pre-certified?? Tried to schedule a time to drop the vehicle off. Shelby, provided the worst customer service possible. The sales department and service department doesn't communicate at all. Sales makes the promises that the service department has no intention of upholding. If I could return the vehicle and get out of the contract I would. I don't recommend this company for any business at all.
