  • Literally rolled the car in with a failed water pump (fortunately it failed on the way to the store just 1/4 mile from Chapman). After standing in the sun for 30 minutes letting the car cool off, I coasted it into the service bay. On zero notice, Matt Konecek (my regular service advisor) came off of lunch break, checked me in, got me a loaner and I was back to work without missing a beat. Called later to tell me the pricing, and then got it all fixed by the end of the next day. Not cheap but the repair cost lines up with every google search I did and it seems to be a common issue in a car this age. Most important is the responsiveness and speed with which they fixed the issue, also the fact that they had a loaner without any notice. Very happy with the service.
