  • Bought a sofa, loveseat, and dresser all with the 5 year warranty. There is a frame issue with my couch. My son bumped his head on an exposed piece of wood. There is also a piece of wood sticking out of the back of the couch. Called to use warranty and was told that problem is not covered. It is poorly made furniture and the sales person lied about what the warranty covered. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
