  • Keith the arborist was wonderful. He was very knowledgeale and very easy to talk to. However, when the crew came to trim my tree they broke my neighbors fountain. Katherine in the office was very rude to me when I inquired about a replacement fountain for them. And after a month of phone calls no resolution has materialized. My neighbors and I are extremely frustrated by the whole experience.
