  • Room and location was great. Room service sucked - ordered a drink (just a drink). After 30 minutes of waiting, called down and they said they'd be right up. After an hour, I called and cancelled. They just said they were sorry and cancelled it. No attempt to make it right. Stayed at Hyatt at the Arcade multiple times and will always stay there in the future. Never again at Westin.
