  • This office is Amazing. I really wana give 5 stars for customer service. Cleanliness. Great enviornment. I really feel like my kids were treated like VIP. I promised to write a great review because it was an overall wonderful experience. However. Im a lil frustrated with the fact that both my children regardless of how I feel never want to return. Ones 7 & other is 16. Both had a bit of work done. One with 2 sessions. I asked them to be careful round two w my oldest. The first time was painful. They didnt numb her. I have great coverage. Cost wasnt the issue. I requested her to be numbed the 2nd visit to avoid discomfort and again. NOTHING. 1st time I get it but 2nd time shame on u. I spoke w the assistant prior to proceeding. My kid still has pain in her mouth and I cant get her to come back because shes afraid of the pain and lack of consideration. Again great office. Great Doctor. However if u ur self have had work done. Dont let them tell u not numbing ur kid is ok. My 16 yr old couldnt get them to stop drilling. She laid there and cried. So in the end. Im alil disappointed. Ull still have my referals. However rethink what u advise ur patients moving forward. Heres my lil man in the quiet room getting ready for his big proceedure. I love the set up and Im greatful for the overall experience.
