  • Beware of this company. This is by far the worst company I have ever used. I will never refer anyone to this company . The service with this company sucked. Every couple of days the system updates and you are unable to access the system. Then if you want to stop services they require parts of the heavy dish back. Or you can pay $150.00 to have their technician come out and remove their equipment. Which they still leave the heavy dish at your residence. I have been a customer for 2 years and this is the wonderful service they provide. The sales representative did not even want to offer to have someone come out to the property. They also stuck the heavy dish off the side of a railing on my property and expect me to remove it and send them back pieces. I will never ever use this company again.
