Probably the worst living experience I have ever encountered in apartment living. While stated as luxury they were far from that! The guest service was absolutely horrible and the manager just let that slip in one ear and out the other. After living there just over a year I had many issues from leaks to problems with the amenities that I was paying for. It started with the grills, which was a main selling point for my move in, not working and in over a year still no intents to fix them. Then just after two months I had my washer that leaked through my apartment and yet again leaked a few more months after which they had not shown any composure for the inconvenience that not once but two times that carpet cleaning had to happen. Come move out time when they walked through they were going to charge me for carpet issues that were caused by the leak. The gate continued to have issues and even shut off where I had to sit over 30 minutes to wait for it to finally get power to open. After getting fed up I reached out to the area manager who backed her management team and still wouldn't try and help a resident paying to live on their property. If it were up to me I would not choose to live here and this would explain the high turn around rate of residents consistently moving out. Hope this helps with your decision!
