The "Green Ceviche" was as green as it gets but the chef the making it clearly wasn't. It was fresh, flavorful, with just the right amount of tang vs spice, and was just overflowing with fish, scallops and shrimp. It came with a nice side of tostadas and when those were gone we enjoyed scraping the remains of the ceviche up using the thick cucumber slices that accompanied the dish, not just a decoration but actually fresh and crispy and good to eat! The service was very attentive, great margarita. We also tried the Marlin tacos, fish tacos and shrimp taco... I will say that it wasn't clear from the menu that everything except the smoked Marlin would be battered and fried. There was way too much frying going on.... wouldn't order those again but the ceviche really was a meal in itself.
