Nothing against Dr. Sutton he deserves 5 stars but unfortunately front office deserves nothing. I
have been a patient for a couple years now great dentist, great work, great staff except front office everytime I have gone she is always on her phone texting, it never bothered me until now that I have been trying to get a hold of someone since thursday, I have left voicemails and no returns. I went to the office today because I called 3 times and someome would pick up and hang right up. The lights were on but the door was locked it was a little over 11 A.M, I did come back because maybe they were out to lunch and I live around the area so no big deal, I came back an hour and half later and still no one. I'm so upset because I spoke to someone on Friday but they couldn't answer the question I had so she did say to call back Monday that Melody would be in all week answering calls because Dr. Sutton was out. I can't believe it's been since Thursday and I haven't been able to get a hold of Melody. I will be looking for a new dentist after this not because of the dentist but because of how the front office management is handled, what if this was an emergency I don't want to believe how It would be handled. It is such a pitty because he does amazing work, and I have spent a lot of money here.
