Stopped by for some quick breakfast with the family for my birthday since we are about to head to the Grand Canyon. We went through the drive thru ordered 7 bagels egg and cheese, 2 English muffin egg and cheese, 2 croissants egg and cheese as well. 2 coffees with sugar and 2 hash downs. Pretty simple and I was quite disappointed with this visit. Received burnt bagels and called back the store letting her know and also we didn't receive the 2 croissants... The impolite lady who answered said one moment and instead of placing me on hold tells her manager with me listening that I "allegedly didn't receive my food". Her manager jumped on the phone and I let her know NOT allegedly I didn't.... for certain checked the bags. Anyway besides the point her manager was not helpful and acted like she didn't believe me. I asked for a refund for the food I didn't receive and she said they never rung us up for them. Which is close to impossible because I repeated the order multiple times... Also she was rude and asked what would you like me to do... It's customer service like this that makes me wonder why she has her position as a manager. I asked for a refund for the burnt food as I hope I receive it. This was so disappointing especially because I love Dublin donuts, what a great birthday experience
