  • I am surprised to hear so many people had so many bad experiences. As a renter for 3 months and a homeowner for 2 years now, I had a much different experience. I dealt with friendly guards and HOA office staff. Maybe I had expectations in my head that I would have to wait now and then, even if I was running late, but the staff was always nice to me. Full disclosure, I use the back gate, so I am not sure if that makes a difference?
