  • Very difficulty to request, change or cancel appointments. Long 10+ minute plus hold times and then your prompted to leave a voice mail. Sadly no one followed-up as instructed and doctor was left with missed appointment. The doctor's office appears overwhelmed with many patients. The staff and doctor are great and through with their work and prompt call back on test results. I would recommend seeking a more flexible doctors office that can easily and quickly handle appointment requests, changes or cancellations.
