  • I ordered the Curry Beef vermicelli but I substitute Rice Noodles instead. Every restaurant has their own recipe but I think theirs is 2nd best in the city behind Xe Lua Chinatown (choo choo train). The brisket was very tender and fatty, exactly how I like it! I order beef brisket from all Viet restaurants. Spring rolls were decent, and the menu is more vast compared to some other Viet places.
