  • Loved the lady Kim who did my toes, but the young other girl who did my husband toes and my polish change I am not happy with. I had a dark plum color on and I was changing to a nude color because of her rushing and laziness removing the color she got it all over my skin and under my nail than she didn't remove all the previous color from around my nail so instead she did 3 not good coats before doing my matte which she could see afterwards did not look right so than she adds two thick coats of color and matte again on top of all the other coats. 10 dollars for a polish change than did not say it's 5 more for matte top so 15 for a polish change that she didn't even do nice or right and its 12 for a manicure. we left at 2pm it's now 5 I grab my purse and because of all the polish, it's still not dry so I have one hand with smeared polish the whole point of the polish change was to match my toes which is the same color but looks completely different.
