  • I'm a huge sushi fan and Blu Sushi delivers! Their creativity with their sushi is remarkable. Blu Sushi is located in the AJ's shopping center and it's a hidden gem for sure! Whenever I hit up Blu Sushi I start with their garlic edemame and their miso soup. Their miso soup is rich and full of flavor. Sushi roll must try here at Blu Sushi: Cherry Blossom! It's so good!! They have a great happy hour menu but take note that they are closed on Sunday. Their martinis are also really good! They have some really unique beverages that are must tries.
