rev:text	The only reason I'm giving two stars is because I've never had any issues with my hair stylists.As far as hair appointments go I love them. I've never had any issues. I go and get my hair done every 2-3 weeks with either Evelyn or Savannah and brow waxes with Jennifer. When I have events to go to I usually will get my make up done too but after the experience I had with Jaime who was supposed to be doing my make up for my birthday and the appointment was booked days prior to the actual day I needed my appointment done, but she claimed she didn't see the appointment and was not on property and did not have her make up with her. She said she could send someone to me but it would be more expensive because it was edc weekend.....REALLY. So now I'm stuck with no make up after 8pm sitting in look on my birthday. Thank god for the reception supervisor who went over and beyond and called every place close and was able to find an appointment for me. So a day or two later I emailed their manager Paula and let her know what had happened and asked her to touch base with me. She emailed me back three days later and said she would speak to Jaime and touch base with me afterwards. Needless to say I never heard from Paula and it's been over a month. You would think she would try and touch base with one of their regular clients and try to make things right but apparently not. While I will still continue to go there for my hair, I will never trust them with my make up ever again which is unfortunate because I've had some amazing make up done there before but now I'm convinced that they don't pay attention to their bookings and I'll be stuck in the same situation again.
