First the good points. The climbing is fun and challenging and the clientele are great people.
However, having said that, if you've tried to call and they don't answer the phone, it's not because they're too busy, it's just that they don't want to be bothered. You get to feeling that some of the staff thinks "this would be a great job if it weren't for these damn customers". I don't want to paint all of the staff with the same brush, but it's a pervasive attitude you get.
Eric, the manager, is the absolute worst. I won't go into detail, if you want more info, just read some of the other posts. He has no business running a business.
