  • This was a great establishment and then all of a sudden things changed. Service had become just a pain to deal with. After maintaining both my Toyota and non-Toyota vehicles here for the past 5 yrs, lately I feel like I've been absolutely taken and jerked around whenever I do business with them. Most of the service advisors are new and lets just say they leave a lot to be desired. After going in one weekend to have my battery tested, I vowed to never return. The service kid says it would cost me $66.00 to open my trunk (Prius) and test the battery. Although I didn't get to speak to the manager on this occasion, I have in the past and he's never of any help. On another visit, I decided to go to the mall since they told me I would have to wait 2 hours. As soon as I was dropped at the mall they called and said my vehicle was ready. I literally waited another hour and a half to be picked up 5 minutes down the street. Come to find out they accidentally rotated my tires and they were "putting them back" which is why they left me stranded at the mall. You would think as a courtesy, they would have just left them. Their mistake not mine. Beware of shady sales tactics and inexperienced advisors to help you. They also sold and installed 2 new tires which they assured me were the exact tires that I already had, only to find out they weren't. I didn't realize it until 2 days later. They told me I could only get the exact tire from Hyundai dealer and they gave me the closest non manufacturer tire. WHICH IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! NOR WAS I GIVEN AN OPTION. I am DONE with this establishment and all of the Hendrick outlets.... *****UPDATE***** After writing this review, I received a call from the top manager the very next morning. He apologized, asked me to come in and they would take a look at the battery. I did and they told me the battery was fine. I really appreciated that and was hoping to get back on track with the dealership. We did continue to have issues with the battery and just recently replaced it to the tune of $200. We may have taken the car in another 2 or 3 times since then. No real issues until 2 weeks ago the car wouldn't shut off. I research the issue and saw that there was a recall. I take the car in thinking I would be in and out in no time. They tell me that the part I needed had been covered under an extended warranty but it expired 12/31/16. He says the part will cost me $999. I about passed out. It's the beginning of March! Mainly, I am upset because this is the only dealership my car has ever been to and they NEVER EVEN CHECKED FOR RECALLS!? I contacted Toyota Corporate with the issue. They told me that they would not be able to assist me but they would give me $1500 off of a new Toyota. What an insult to such a loyal customer!!!.... A safety issue at that, had been overlooked and now the only thing you can do is put me in a car payment? I won't EVER buy another. Right before this I needed a headlight replaced... cost me $100!. You must be crazy... I'd never buy another TOYOTA.
