12/9/2015 Update: Received a call from Mike, the President of the company. He offered his apologies and was accommodating in resolving the issue. He was sincere in wanting to make things right with me.
It should be noted that the initial service call and the service person was a good experience. The issue was getting the promised refund, which unfortunately took 3 months and had to be resolved with the intervention from head of the company.
Even though my first experience with this company was not the best, they do deserve a second chance. I get the sense that this company truly wants to do right by the customer and focused on establishing long term clientele. Not all business will have a 100% track record, I understand that, rather than making excuses, this business makes the effort to correct things when things go wrong... and that speaks volumes in my book.
