  • TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! I ordered some bagels and the flavor was okay. I will never be returning because of the horrendous customer service. They were really sarcastic and when asked basic questions, they were completely unresponsive. I asked a very basic question and they answered with a really sassy and rude tone. Like if you know how I feel, why would you say that? Like you put me in such an uncomfortable situation, like you know I'm not not happy, you know I'm trying to make it work and I know it's not working.
