I purchased a used Hyundai here a little over a year ago. The buying experience was typical. I did add one star to my review because during the process of getting stuff worked out with the deal there was an employee named Charles that was actually helpful and did follow through with what he promised. My biggest issue with Honda of Superstition was their so called warranty, which I was dumb enough to purchase.. A year after buying the car it was having problems with the air conditioning. I dropped the car off on a Friday morning to be repaired. At 3:00 pm Jerry, a service tech, called me to let me know what was wrong with the car, but then proceeded to tell me that my extended warranty would NOT cover it because it still had the original warranty through Hyundai (which I was completely unaware of) so I would have to take it there. When I complained he then offered that they would take it to Hyundai for me and bring it back when it was done. Remember this is at 3:00 on a Friday. He did not offer me a loaner car for the weekend of anything. Basically I purchased a warranty that Honda refused to honor until the manufacturers warranty is void. HUGE waste of money. It was completely worthless for the first 2 years. I did demand my money back from the warranty since it is unusable and they prorated it. They would not give me back all my money. They use deceitful practices and I would not recommend them or ever go there again.
