  • Make an appointment or you will be waiting like me: 855-277-8669 and if that's down, which it might be, super easy to go to their website and make an apt! Place was very hard to find, the elevator has to be taken to the ground floor of the medical building and then you need to walk down the stairs into the basement, where u walked past the snack shop and then go suite 50. Checked in, wasn't even greated, more like told/yelled at to sit down. Have been sitting here since 3:26pm and it is now 4:11pm. I blame myself because I wasn't able to make an appointment with the automated system. But how could I?!? I was told to get this blood work stat and it is in the same building as my medical provider. Well as I'm sitting here, there have been about 10 people who were taken in front of me (all which probably had an appointment-stupid me) The mood here is very somber because most people who come here getting tests done via blood work or urine drug tests, aren't coming for a happy reason, maybe except if they are trying to find out if they are pregnant. It is 420 and they just called me back! Nancy with the 23 gauge needle was a great experience! Took her less than 5 min to draw 4 vials. And I told her I was anxious and terrified, and she helped to calm me down. Was out of there by 430 Next time I'm making an apt over the phone
