First experience going to a comedy club, and we went there to see Charles Fleischer 'cause the boyfriend thought it'd be a fun thing to do for our anniversary. Hahahaha... Got us front row seats (literally). Honestly don't know if seating is supposed to be tight around the stage with tiny tables, but the venue isn't large to begin with. Felt claustrophobic between other patrons and the stage.
The boyfriend asked the usher/ticket person if we could just move back for me, and she was nice enough to let us move. Before we switched seats, the drink server got our order, and she managed to find us when we switched. Liked that she even checked on us during the show.
The comedian was funnier and cooler than I thought.
Just wish that the venue's staff could've somehow deterred the other patrons from using their phones or having their own loud conversations, which was distracting from the show.
