Last year, Chas Roberts installed a new thermostat in our home. We recently lost our AC for 4 days and it turned out the cause was a short in that thermostat. Although they got the AC working again, but refused to replace the faulty wiring that actually caused the problem. I called to complain and left a message to have a supervisor call me back. They have continued to ignore me. It is clear that they do not stand behind their work. In addition, is it really too much to expect them to return a call to communicate with an unhappy customer?
