  • This location has the worst customer service. The employees here act like they're too good to help anyone. They're all done up (which makes sense for a make up store) but they're ugly with their nasty attitudes. It seems like they are just miserable and therefore do not have to engage customers. Plus, the store is quite messy. It does not make me feel good about buying cosmetics. It seems like they are more concerned with theft. Every time I go in there I regret it and this last time just solidified that decision.
