This hotel has a very welcoming lobby with a huge curved couch and (faux?) fur lined walls. The staff were all very accomodating and the room was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the free wi-fi and the plug-ins on the bedside table lamps.
I would have enjoyed a deeper bathtub but liked that I could turn up the separate heat in the bathroom. The breakfast room was very small and that caused a line-up in the morning. We weren't given menus so assumed the buffet was the only option. It wasn't great and was $25! Yikes. It was pretty close to 5 stars for sure.
